By accessing the Zenna Alchemy website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Zenna Alchemy offers The Alchemy Session, a 90-minute private somatic healing arts experience that integrates sound therapy, energy work, and nervous system recalibration techniques. Sessions are designed to support your overall well-being, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

Health Disclaimer

Zenna Alchemy is a wellness practice, not a medical or mental health provider. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Alchemy Session is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, particularly if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.
• You participate in our sessions at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after your session.
• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your doctor or call 911 immediately.

Booking & Payment

• Sessions are booked online through our website and are confirmed upon successful payment.
• The current rate for The Alchemy Session is $225 per 90-minute session.
• Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Alchemy Sessions are reserved specifically for you.

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
• Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments are considered completed sessions.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled time.
• Rescheduling is limited to one time per booking. Additional changes may require a new session purchase.
• In the event of a true emergency, please reach out directly.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking and completing intake forms.
• Disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your session.
• Arrive on time and prepared for your session.
• Communicate openly with your practitioner about your comfort level during the session.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenna Alchemy, its owner, and practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Zenna Alchemy website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Zenna Alchemy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
